seating arrangement
Please sit audience directly in front of Josh theater style.  No seating behind behind or to the side of Josh.  If using a gymnasium, sit students only on one side with the remainder on the gym floor.

Water
Please provide Josh with 2 bottles of water

Stage
If using an auditorium, Josh prefers an extremely well lit, open and empty stage.  Josh does not need a podium. If using a flat room, provide a riser so Josh may be seen.  

merchandise table
Please have a table and chair ready near the area that Josh will be speaking, so he may sell and sign DVDs & t-shirts.

Workshop
If Josh is presenting a workshop, please provide Josh a quality sound system, microphone, one flip chart, and two black markers.
